Profile Information

the organisation I work for is...
Freelance Brand Consultant, Copy Writer, Community Manager, Holistic Therapist
its mission is to...
Help as many people as I can realise & achieve their true potential and raise their self-awareness. Through doing so I hope that each individual and each company becomes more compassionate in their dealings with society and the natural environment.
my job title is
Freelance Idealist
my story so far
I started off studying Psychology. I found this limiting in its theory and moved into the field of Vibrational Medicine/Holistic Health. My hope was to help people achieve perfect health, balance and their full potential. I believe that our natural state is Love and Joy. When we are able to maintain this state we will treat one another, and the planet, with far more understanding and compassion and thereby create a world society that is not focused on individual wealth but rather worldwide well-being.
After being unable to make a sustainable living from this I studied for a post graduate degree in Brand Leadership (majoring in Communication & Copy Writing).
My thesis was completed on "Coporate Social Responsibility and the Environment". Once completed I attempted to work as an 'ethical brand consultant' helping small businesses function in a more ethical and eco-friendly way while becoming successfully sustainable.
My hope in this, that they enhance the society they function in, offer help to those in need and care more for the environment.
Since then I have been through many different experiences, ranging from illness, homelessness, periods of financial success, redundancy, a blood clot, helping my father pass on, a state of inner happiness and the constant search to fulfill my own potential doing work that I am passionate about.

Interstingly, the time of my most successful financial stability came during a contract based on developing an ethical business through exploring Consciousness. I was hired as a brand developer and ended up helping the company revive itself after complete collapse when I joined, assisting the owner in crafting her vision, travelling to India to explore mediation, experience life in Auroville, study the effect of energy/Consciousness on online media and ultimately develop the concept of an online platform that, for starters, enabled people to understand their own and other peoples perceptions, thus enabling an online community of tolerance based on understanding, education and compassion...
I still have this overwhelming driving force of constant desire to want to help others realise their potential and gifts so they can make a positive difference in a world in need. As well as a passion to nurture the environment.
ask me 'why global tolerance?' and I will answer
The best 'job' I ever had was based on creating a new business model through its employees exploring Consciousness. We researched the concepts of Consciousness, ethics, meditation, energy, online media and much more. It was an amazing experience. Ultimately it led to the development of an online platform that allowed people to gain an understanding of why we have the perceptions that we do. Through this understanding we could have more compassione and tolerance for those whose beliefs and opinions differed from our own. It was a rare opportunity to find a company that wanted to make a positive change in the way online communities could be utilized. GT has a profound mission, one which can change the energy and perceptions of those it reaches. The energy that seeks to uplift, support and celebrate those out there with the love and strength to make positive changes in the world, can only influence society in a powerfully positive way. It is a wonderful piece in the puzzle of raising the Consciousness of the planet while being a successfully sustainable business.
While the old models of economies and business practice fall away, it is companies with this kind of vision and leadership that will lead the way. For me, GT encompasses the new business model. Enlightened, Aware and Fair, this model of compassion is the future and gratefully it's here now making the changes we all need.
the one thing I would change in the world is...
education...there is so much that can be changed through effective education that is not limited to traditional subjects. Raising awareness is key to a loving society.
I'm passionate about...
helping people realise their true inherent potential. By doing so, they in turn will live in a way that is in accordance with who they truly are, a loving, joyful being and will treat others and the world we live in, in the same way.
connect with me to talk about...
Anything. I am so keen to learn whatever I can.
