- I started storytelling and travelling at a young age and haven't stopped. I worked as a foreign correspondent in Brazil and Mexico for Reuters and Bloomberg and then as political correspondent for Reuters in London. I went on to work for AlertNet, Reuters' humanitarian news service, and to train journalists around the world for the Reuters Foundation, in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Over the years, I covered the Asian tsunami from Sri Lanka, the Haitian earthquake, the London and Madrid bombings and the UK's political transition from Blair to Brown. I've recently discovered a passion for blogging, for writing from my heart about the search for emotional freedom, and for sharing knowledge and experience and passing it on to the younger generation.
