Why global tolerance?

Being a new employee at global tolerance is like being a new employee almost anywhere; my first few weeks have been characterised by meeting and talking to new people. As a psychology student, one question that I have found myself answering the most is 'Why are you working in communications?' I thought I would now take this opportunity to explain why I chose to work for global tolerance.
