Simon Cohen, founder of global tolerance, speaks about 'PR for God' at the UK Speechwriters Guild.

Simon Cohen is founder of global tolerance, which the Guardian refers to as 'the world's leading communications organisation in the faith arena'. Simon has managed the media and PR for many of the most notable figures in the faith world, including HH Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, Karen Armstrong, the Board of World Religious Leaders, Chief Rabbi Sir Jonathan Sacks, the Archbishop of Canterbury. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Simon is a freelance religious affairs journalist and regular commentator in the international media, writing for the Washington Post, The Times, The Guardian, and the BBC. Simon was recently included in PRWeek's Powerbook of the most influential people in the PR industry. The campaigns he has spearheaded have generated positive faith-related media coverage reaching hundreds of millions of people around the world. Simon set up global tolerance in 2003. He is a Theology graduate, who sits comfortably on the fence of his own spirituality.
