ask me 'why global tolerance?' and I will answer: 1. Tolerance should not be reduced to respecting and accepting someone else. Tolerance requires a deep understanding of what is involved.
2. Understanding results in knowledge. Knowledge is power.
3. Never has there been more global knowledge than in our globalised world.
4. With knowledge comes power and with power should come responsibility. Spreading knowledge becomes a task for the responsible.
5. We all know not all people spreading knowledge are responsible.
6. Spreading knowledge in a responsible way becomes an ideal worth striving for.
7. Spreading tolerance spreads understanding, breeds knowledge, produces responsible power.
8. Global media has the power to spread tolerance on a global level, thus producing global tolerance.

the one thing I would change in the world is...: Making people who want to change it think before they do.
