I am tole-ranting about: the inaccuracy of Facebook campaigns

Yesterday saw the launch off a rapidly growing status campaign on Facebook. The watered down version reads:

 

'If the person who killed 90+ people in Norway was a Muslim, the Press would have declared him as a terrorist. For now though, he is just an 'Assailant ', 'Attacker' (Reuters), 'Gunman' (BBC, CNN & Al Jazeera). Looks like 'Terrorist' is a name reserved for Muslims? The US Dept of State calls it an 'Act of Violence', not an 'Act of Terrorism' . Share this status…

Goodness, did I forget to answer you question Scott?  Oops!  I am a conflict specialist, divorce coach, and mediator.  I primarily work with parents, teens, and couples - but am trained and certainly capable of also providing workplace mediation and group coaching.  I have been facilitating and coaching for several years for FREE and decided one day that perhaps this would be a good business to start...and the rest they say is history!
