Gray's sacking is not Black and White

Should Andy Gray have been sacked for his sexist and inappropriate behaviour? The overwhelming reaction in the media has been a definitive 'yes.' I'm not so sure.

 

It is tempting to get whipped up by the pervasive rhetoric and join the Gray-bashing. However, when we focus on the 'hater' and not the injustice, as Gandhi might have pointed out, we are at risk of missing the bigger stories at play.

Student protests: stand up by sitting down

In the aftermath of the student protests, the finger-pointing in the media has been firing on full cylinders. Personally, I think the real culprit to blame is poor PR, and a distinct lack of imagination.
